AI Training

AI training built around the work your teams already do.

Generative AI training for companies, sorted by industry, team, role, skill, and tool. Pick the one that matches what your people do all day. They finish with prompts, templates, and a rollout plan they can use the next morning.

Most AI training teaches the tool. Here's ChatGPT, here's a prompt, good luck. Two weeks later usage is back where it started, because nobody ever showed the claims team, the developers, or the finance department what any of it looks like inside the work they were already doing.

So we build each program around one context: a sector, a team, a role, a skill, or a single tool. The cases come from that group's week. The governance module covers the rules they answer to, whether that's KVKK, GDPR, or their own regulator. The exercises run on documents that look like the ones on their desk. When the first example already looks familiar, people keep using the tool after we leave.

Each program covers one sector: its workflows, its roles, the rules it answers to. Open yours for the full module list and outcomes, plus the format.

Focused programs on the AI skills teams use every day — from literacy and prompting to automation and building agents.

Three steps, every time. We learn how you work, we train on that work, then we help you keep it going once the sessions are over.

  1. Context-specific curriculum

We start with a discovery call, collect sample documents and workflows, then rebuild the cases and prompts around your industry, team, or tool and the people who will be in the room. Nothing gets reused from the last client.

  2. Practice on your own work

Participants spend most of the time drafting and revising the documents they produce anyway. Instructors read the output as it comes and say what to change.

  3. Post-training support and measurement

Every group leaves with a prompt library, templates, and a 90-day rollout plan. We stay reachable for questions afterwards, and we help you count how many people are still using it a quarter later.

Send a short description of the people attending and what they need to do differently afterward. We will return a tailored program and quote.

  • What does a program actually involve?

It's an instructor-led course built around one context: an industry, a team, a role, a skill, or a tool. Most clients run it as half-day sessions. We start with a discovery call, tailor the syllabus to the people attending, deliver the sessions with everyone working through their own documents, and hand over the materials and a rollout plan at the end.

  • Who actually stands up and teaches it?

Zeo consultants teach between client projects, so the workflows they demonstrate are usually ones they ran a few days earlier.

  • Is onsite or online better?

The syllabus is the same either way. Onsite is worth it when you want a whole department in one room for a day. Live online is easier to schedule and suits teams spread across offices. Plenty of companies run some sessions one way and some the other.

  • What group size do you recommend?

Up to 20 people. Past that, not everyone gets their prompts read, and that feedback is the part that makes the day worth doing. Larger organizations run several cohorts, usually split by role or department.

  • Can the program be customized beyond the published syllabus?

Yes. Treat every syllabus on this page as a draft. We change the modules, the cases, the tools, and how deep each one goes, based on what the discovery call turns up. If your industry, team, or tool isn't listed at all, we can build a program on the same method.

  • How do we get a proposal?

Send us a short note: your industry or team, who would attend, and what you want them to be able to do afterwards. You get back a tailored program and a quote. Price moves with group size, format, and how much customization you want, so we don't publish a rate card.
