Zeo partners with leading enterprise and growth brands on digital visibility. Our SEO story began in 2006 with what we describe as the first SEO blog in the MENA region.

We start by looking at the site, the market you compete in, and what your team can realistically ship. Those findings turn into an SEO plan where every piece of work has someone's name against it.

The six capabilities below carry most of the recurring work in an SEO engagement.

Capabilities

Engagements

Work with an end point already agreed. A diagnosis to deliver, a risky change to get through, or a decision to advise on.

Solutions for your context

Your scale, platform, or business model shapes the service. The team with the relevant capability still owns the execution.

Specialist disciplines

Disciplines with their own working habits and constraints, backed by the same core SEO capabilities.

SEO connects your commercial pages with what search engines look for when ranking answers for high-intent queries.

It evaluates how Google and other search engines assess relevance and authority, then improves content architecture, technical accessibility, and quality signals across the site.

SEO needs several teams pulling in the same direction from the first week. A consultant can find the opportunity and write the recommendation, but the people who ship it are usually your content team, your developers, your product owners, and other stakeholders on your side. Thinking of SEO as “experience optimization” is one way to get all of those contributions into a single plan. The ZEO Blog and ZEO TV go further into it.

Ranking positions are only part of it. The real job is helping a search engine connect someone's question with a page that answers it properly.

SEO works best when there is something genuinely worth surfacing. So our consultancy looks at three areas that feed each other: the pages and content that answer the search need, the technical work that lets search engines reach that material, and the links and mentions that give it standing.

Our team attends conferences like Mozcon, Searchlove, and BrightonSEO. People from the management team have also been invited to speak at conferences in European countries including England, Germany, and Italy. What comes back from those rooms feeds our internal knowledge sharing, and we adapt the process for each market we work in.

Priorities, constraints, and shipping capacity differ from brand to brand, so one fixed analysis template never fits. We use the first meeting to pin down what you need, then build a project plan that puts the likely near-term wins early without losing the longer work. We do some homework first. Before that meeting we read up on the product or service and prepare a preliminary analysis, which points at the opportunities worth talking through, including the ones that may pay off sooner. Here is how the work is usually organized:

  1. Feasibility

Market and competitor research, organic traffic forecasting, SEO benchmarking, budget allocation

    process-1.svg
  2. Research

Onboarding, competitor analysis, SEO visibility, goals, and forecasting

    process-2.svg
  3. Consultancy

Technical SEO, content and on-page SEO, link-earning strategy, off-page SEO

  • Didem Namver

We were working with a global supplier on SEO before. Accessibility and process management were a little more difficult with these teams. At the same time, in terms of budget, global suppliers were more costly for us due to exchange rate differences and man-hours. When we started working with Zeo, we first went through an audit, fixing the results and problems. After these processes, we placed SEO in a strategic place for digital marketing and created an always-on SEO strategy for our brands and implemented it step by step.

We strictly follow the regulations and algorithms that can change at any time. We need to act quickly. At this point, Zeo has become a partner that meets all our expectations with its professional, innovative and solution-oriented approach. The Zeo team has become a stakeholder in success by looking at our optimization processes and our brand as their own value. As the Acıbadem Healthcare Group family, we would like to thank all the Zeo team, who work tirelessly, constantly improve, and do not compromise on keeping their energy high under all circumstances!

We talked to a number of agencies while we were planning our website's infrastructure migration, and we ended up with Zeo. They start by understanding the problem, then bring fresh approaches to solving it better. Communication is strong, and they support you at whatever point you turn out to need it. Every minute we spend working with them convinces us further that we made the right call. If you're looking for someone to sort out the digital side, you're in the right place.

  • Murat Özkan

When we moved from our old corporate website to an e-commerce site, we partnered with Zeo for the migration and all the SEO work that followed. Since 2018, we have ranked 1st for 250 of the 500 highest-volume keywords we track, and on the first page for 483.

Murat Özkan, Head of E-commerce at GrandVision Turkey
  • Ceyhun Burak Akgül

With Zeo, we increased the number of new users from organic traffic by 39%. Because we work in a niche sector, they continue to provide detailed solutions and optimizations in coordination with our marketing team.

Long-running organic programmes across retail, finance and publishing. Each write-up covers what we found, what we changed, and what moved.

Every audit, crawl and rank report comes out of a tool someone has to know well. These are the ones our team works in day to day.

SEO platforms and research suites

  • AhrefsThe hub's SEO strategies section spans technical work, content priorities, and authority building. Ahrefs is the shared competitive dataset that connects those strands when Zeo decides what the site lacks versus what the market already rewards.
  • SemrushThis hub's first process step is market analysis, not just site diagnosis. Semrush supplies the demand and competition view Zeo uses to decide whether a page, cluster, or migration target is worth prioritizing in the first place.

Technical SEO, crawling and site speed

  • Screaming FrogTechnical SEO, migrations, internal linking, and information architecture all begin with an actual crawl rather than a hunch. Screaming Frog is the hub-level technical baseline behind those decisions across the six service lines linked from this page.
  • Schema AppOn-page SEO here includes more than title tags and copy. Schema App is the hub-level answer to structured data and rich results work, especially where product, article, and entity markup needs to be maintained as one coherent system.
  • PageSpeed InsightsThe hub's FAQ asks how user experience and SEO connect. PageSpeed Insights is the common proof surface for that answer, because it ties experience metrics to technical recommendations the SEO and development teams can both inspect.
  • SISTRIXAt hub level, Zeo often needs a second independent market view before calling a trend structural rather than temporary. SISTRIX's visibility index adds that outside check, especially when tracking whether a site's broader organic footprint is genuinely gaining or eroding over time.

Enterprise SEO and market intelligence

  • SimilarwebThe hub does not treat every visible competitor success as an SEO story. Similarweb gives Zeo the channel-mix context to separate organic strength from paid, referral, or direct dominance before recommending an SEO response.

Search engine and CMS essentials

  • Google Search ConsoleThe hub starts from what your site can realistically ship and what search already says about it. Search Console provides that direct record of indexing, query visibility, and technical coverage before any technical, on-page, or strategy recommendation moves forward.
Send the market, the technical constraints, and your growth target. You get a named SEO consultant's read on what it takes to win organic visibility — not a template audit.
Brief us

Should we start with SEO or PPC consultancy?

It depends on your audience, sector, competitive position, KPIs, and budget. SEO is meant to build organic visibility that lasts, while SEM gives you visibility for as long as you keep paying. You do not have to pick one. Paid search can hold branded terms or high-converting keywords while the organic work matures, and the performance data from each channel tells you something useful about the other.

What determines the price of SEO services?

Five things move the number: the tools the work needs, which consultants are assigned, the size and condition of the site, how much of the work is feasible, and anything specific you have asked for. We go through all of that before putting hours and a cost against it.

How does Zeo approach suspected negative SEO?

Diagnosis comes first, because a harmful link may be deliberate or accidental and the two need different responses. Our consultants review external links with five tools, one of them built through our own R & D, and report the links that may be affecting authority. Where it makes sense, the team prepares a list for submission through Google's Disavow Links Tool in Search Console. Before using this route, check Google’s current guidance for disavowals and Search Console.

What does on-page SEO consultancy cover?

It asks whether page content, markup, and the technical bits around them are doing what you think they are doing. We use our own tools and partner tools to see how search engines encounter the pages, write up what is wrong, and recommend the corrections. Your technical or IT team may own the implementation. Once changes are live, we can go back and check whether the crawling and indexing signals moved.

What does off-page SEO consultancy cover?

Off-page SEO is about the references and links search engines use to judge how much a site can be trusted. The source puts the idea this way: “if a website earns links from genuinely reliable, high-quality sources, meaning those sources recommend and reference it, then the site is high quality and worth showing to users.” Google no longer publishes PageRank values, and paid or manufactured links carry real risk. So we concentrate on work that can earn relevant links on its own merit. Content Marketing owns the content, design, and outreach execution behind it.

How does Zeo calculate SEO consulting fees?

We start with a preliminary analysis of what you need. That review covers two years of traffic, the channel mix, where you sit against competitors, which keywords are gaining or losing traffic, how the site lines up with Google's parameters, and domain authority. If you then ask for a quote, we use those findings to estimate consultant hours and put a proposal together.

How are user experience and SEO connected?

Both look at how well a page serves the person in front of it, but their main jobs differ. UX work concentrates on the visitor experience and conversion. SEO also has to care about how accurately a search engine can reach, understand, and index the page. Run the two together and neither concern gets dropped.

How soon can SEO work show results?

Three parties set the pace. The consultant finds the problems and recommends the changes, the brand implements them, and Google decides when and how to respond. Where the first two move quickly and stay in step, a 12-month plan may show a positive traffic lift after the first six months. A lift after six months is possible in that scenario, but it isn’t a guarantee.

How can I assess whether my SEO agency is improving the site?

Look for movement across the agreed roadmap, and be suspicious of one isolated ranking. Depending on where you started and what you are investing, plans may work to 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month horizons. A falling count of validated technical errors is a reasonable sign of progress, and category-level keyword groups tell you more than any single term. For an e-commerce site, small gains across 200 targeted Women's Shoes keywords usually matter more than reaching #1 for one narrow red-stiletto variation.

Does Zeo guarantee SEO success?

No agency controls every outcome, and we would not claim otherwise. We shape the strategy around technical readiness, the competition, what is being invested in SEO, and your short-, mid-, and long-term priorities. The work may cover technical foundations, content relevance, links, and measurement on a weekly cycle. How fast changes ship and how Google responds are still outside our sole control.

How does SEO reporting work?

A report should join four things up: the problem we found, what we recommended, whether it shipped, and what happened afterwards. We define the strategy and explain the technical changes. Your technical team may own the implementation. We can share the industry potential and the traffic or visibility gains we are aiming at, but we cannot guarantee success under all conditions.

Does Google AdSense affect SEO?

AdSense has no direct stated relationship with SEO performance. Heavy or intrusive ad placement is a different matter. It damages the experience and changes how people behave on the page, and those effects may create negative signals around page experience.

What are the benefits of one agency managing SEO and PPC?

Organic data becomes easier to use in paid-search decisions, and paid traffic quality becomes easier to feed back into organic prioritization. Teams sitting close together can compare both channels and act on what they agree faster.

How should I choose an SEO agency?

Pick one that analyzes your situation before quoting a fee and can explain what the proposed work includes. A 100% guarantee, or a fixed outcome promised before anyone has looked at your site, your competition, and what your team can implement, is worth treating with suspicion. A credible partner defines a roadmap built for you and reports progress against it.

How long should SEO consultancy continue?

There is no one-time route to a permanent top position. Search infrastructure, algorithms, competitors, and your own website all keep moving, so someone has to follow those developments and keep the site current. How long the engagement should run depends on the roadmap and how much of it your team can implement.

What services does Zeo provide?

Zeo started as an SEO agency, helping clients line their websites up with what search engines ask for across many keyword groups. The consultancy grew out of the question “What makes SEO content the right fit?” and later extended into advertising consultancy for Google Ads and social channels. Content production runs separately through icerik.com with its own specialized writing and editorial network.

Does Zeo implement technical changes on client websites?

We are a consultancy. We analyze the technical conditions holding search visibility back and recommend the improvements, and you and your IT team are responsible for shipping the technical fixes unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

What matters when writing content for SEO?

Keywords alone will not carry a page. Originality, quality, semantic relationships, NLP, and what the searcher intended all shape how the page should be built. The right mix shifts with the topic, the audience, and what the page is for.

Is content creation included in SEO consulting?

No. Our SEO consultancy assesses content and advises on whether it fits, but the writing falls outside that scope. The separate icerik.com service supports content production with dedicated writing and editorial teams.

Which tools does Zeo use for SEO work?

We use a combination of industry-standard platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog alongside proprietary crawling and data tools. One data source is rarely enough for a given task, so we combine multiple diagnostics to develop and report actionable roadmaps.

How can web design affect SEO?

A site designed with both the visitor and SEO in mind works better for users and crawlers alike. Page speed and Core Web Vitals directly influence user experience and search performance, while clean semantic code provides a reliable crawling and indexing environment.

Which free Google tools can support SEO?

Essential free Google tools include Google Search Console, Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and the Rich Results Test. These provide direct insight into indexing status, performance metrics, traffic trends, and structured data validation.

Which SEO trends were expected in 2025?

The source identified artificial intelligence (AI) and user experience as likely themes for SEO in 2025.

  • AI-driven content creation and Google's SGE (Search Generative Experience) were projected to be among the trends shaping search results.
  • The source also suggested that E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) might carry more weight.
  • It expected Core Web Vitals, which measure speed and interactivity, to stay a fundamental ranking factor beyond mobile-friendliness.
  • It also expected semantic SEO, user intent, video, and visual search optimization to grow as sources of traffic.

How can a blog support SEO?

A good blog reaches your audience through organic search, opens internal-link paths, and walks readers toward the commercial pages that matter. Genuinely informative articles may also build brand awareness and earn backlinks when other people decide to reference or share them.

What should I do if my site no longer appears in search results?

First identify why the page is missing by checking Google Search Console's Page Indexing report and running the URL Inspection tool. Verify whether the URL is blocked by robots.txt, marked with a noindex tag, or affected by a manual action. Once any technical issues are resolved, you can use the URL Inspection tool to request re-indexing.

Can social media support SEO work?

Social shares are not presented here as a direct SEO signal. They can still raise brand awareness, bring visits, and lead to more branded searches through the reach and interaction they create.

Does SEO work require an IT team?

Usually, yes. Technical SEO often needs a developer, because crawling and indexing problems tend to require changes to the site itself. SEO and development should agree who owns what early, so recommendations can be implemented and then verified.

How are target keywords selected for SEO?

Start with your goals and your audience. Who the page serves, why it should reach them, and which outcome matters. Then identify your search competitors carefully, because the sites competing for the same queries are often not the companies you compete with offline.
