A search and AI consultancy, working since 2011
Zeo started in Istanbul in 2011 as a search consultancy. The work still begins in the same place: what a site can realistically ship, what a market will reward, and what the numbers say afterwards. The AI work we do now sits on top of that, not beside it.
Today 44 people work across 3 locations on technical SEO, generative engine optimization, AI consulting, performance marketing, content, and analytics. Most engagements run for years rather than months, and much of the team has been here for most of that time.
The work gets judged outside the building too. Zeo has won 13 awards at the UK, European and MENA Search Awards, and runs Digitalzone, a digital marketing conference that has brought marketers together since 2013.
